Your order will be dispatched with an attached invoice within five working days. You can also have your order, possibly packaged as a gift, sent to an address other than the billing address.

For shipments within the Netherlands we charge € 2.50 (incl. VAT).

For parcels up to 2 kg within Europe we usually charge € 10; for sending parcels up to 2 kg to countries outside Europe € 20 (both incl. VAT).
The above-mentioned postage costs are guide prices. For some orders and shipping methods we can deviate from these prices; this is always done in consultation and after approval of the customer.

The books remain the property of Primavera Pers until the invoice has been settled.

If you have a VAT number, deliveries within Europe can take place without VAT. The VAT number of Primavera Pers is NL800 323 683 B01.

Returning
If the books have arrived damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We will give you instructions.
